Angela is the Senior Communications Officer for the International Economic Development Group (IEDG). She plans and implements communications strategies and events to engage key audiences with IEDG's research and analysis on trade, investment and economic transformation. She also leads communications for the Supporting Investment and Trade in Africa (SITA) Programme, an FCDO-funded initiative supporting African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) negotiations and implementation.

Prior to ODI, Angela held communications and public affairs roles at the Commonwealth Secretariat, the Ethiopian Embassy in London, and the US Embassy in London, gaining extensive experience in international relations and diplomacy.

At ODI, Angela applies her skills and networks to ensure the work of IEDG and SITA makes an impact by reaching relevant policymakers, practitioners and stakeholders.
