'In addressing the Rakhine crisis, Myanmar must not forget its regional responsibilities as a member-state of ASEAN and upcoming chair of ASEAN in 2014... Myanmar should respond positively to regional offers of support, recognising that the Rakhine crisis has already affected neighbouring countries and that the threat of radicalisation is real.'
