Oliver is a Senior Communications Officer working in the Climate and Sustainability team. Prior to joining ODI, he worked as a public relations, public affairs, and communications consultant for 89up, an agency specialising in high-impact campaigns for the NGO sector. During his time here, his work primarily focused on climate and environmental policy reform at the UK and EU level.

Oliver holds an MSc in Climate Change Policy from King’s College London and a BA in Geography from Trinity College Dublin.
