Before joining ODI, Joanna was Head of Policy and Public Affairs at Bond, the UK network for organisations working in international development, leading the policy team and representing the sector at high level dialogues with the UK government, at the UN and with other international organisations and governments. She has worked with a range of organisations such as Oxfam Ireland, Concern Worldwide and UNICEF.
