Jessica is the Head of Operations and Partnerships for the EdTech Hub. She has previously focused on public sector reform in transition settings, and managed UN governance projects in Myanmar and Somalia.

Jessica holds an MSc in Migration, Mobility and Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies in London and an MA Hons in History from the University of Edinburgh. She has managed governance programmes and projects for the United Nations Development Programme in Myanmar and Somalia, covering public sector reform, development effectiveness, public financial management, parliamentary strengthening, elections, and justice sector reform. She has advised governments on anti-corruption measures and civil service reforms to enhance diversity and equality.
