DFID is assisting the State, Entity and Cantonal Governments in Bosnia and Herzegovina with the development and implementation of policy-driven, gender-sensitive medium-term budget planning and preparation processes. CAPE has been involved in integrating the public investment programmes, as well as two pilot extra-budgetary funds, into the 10 steps medium term budget process. CAPE will also work with line ministries to implement efficiency and effectiveness reviews.
