Human security - norms in the EU's external relations
This project delivers a background conception on human security for the Irish NGO umbrella organisation Dóchas. It is aimed at assessing the EU external relations and setting a theoretical framework related to the priority themes Dóchas will advocate during the Irish EU Presidency in the first half of 2004.
