Nadia Siddiqui is a co-director and researcher at Social Inquiry interested in the links between cultural practice, social dynamics, and justice. Her work focuses on social cohesion, social movements and culture, peacebuilding and transitional justice, identities in displacement (and return), and the resolution of internal displacement across humanitarian, development, and peace domains. She has technical expertise in quantitative and qualitative study design and analysis and indicator development in fragile contexts. She has lived and worked extensively in Iraq and has conducted research in Afghanistan, Sudan, and Northeast Syria. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan and an MSc. in Evidence-Based Social Interventions from the University of Oxford.
