Hamidah Busyrah is a social anthropologist with a ten years’ experience in social research, ethnography, and monitoring and evaluation of development projects in Indonesia. She works extensively on just energy transitions, social inclusion, coastal communities and power dynamics.

She holds an MA in Social Anthropology from University of Sussex, UK and a BA in Javanese Literature from the University of Indonesia.
