Scarlett is a Project Management Officer working in the Climate and Sustainability programme at ODI.

Possessing previous experience managing research projects and supporting programmes in the humanitarian and development sectors, Scarlett assists the climate team to coordinate the delivery and financial management of research projects. Prior to joining ODI, she worked in research and communications for an NGO, overseeing the creation and dissemination of research, knowledge products, and practical tools to facilitate safe humanitarian action.

Scarlett also holds a Master's degree in International Development from the University of Manchester.
