Richard is a Senior Project Manager in the Development and Public Finance Programme. He has a mixture of global development and public sector experience. Before joining ODI, Richard worked in the Australian private sector managing a range of international development projects across the Asia-Pacific region, volunteered with the Cambodian Mine Action Centre and worked in the UK at the Department for Education as a policy liaison for Ministers.

He holds a postgraduate degree in Applied Anthropology and Participatory Development from the Australian National University.
