Michelle is the Project Manager for the Climate and Sustainability Programme at ODI.

Michele has experience in project management and administration as well as in policy and innovative research. She has worked for both government and non-governmental organisations on the issues of conservation, socio-economic development and environment management.

She also has experience working with local, regional and international projects and programmes, focusing on conservation and management of marine and coastal environments, stakeholder engagement and analysis, legal and policy framework, marine ecosystems diagnostic analysis and strategic action programmes in collaboration with local and regional partners and donor agencies.
