Lucy White is an international development professional with interests in the political economy and international trade in Africa and Latin America.

Prior to ODI, Lucy White brings experience from the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Trade Out of Poverty (APPG-TOP), the United Nations in East Africa (UNAIDS and UN Pulse Lab), and has undertaken evaluations of the World Bank's Umbrella Facility for Trade and the World Trade Organization's Enhanced Integrated Framework (EIF). Lucy has a Masters in Development Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and speaks Spanish.
