Leah joined ALNAP in 2013. As Research Fellow, she leads concurrent research and engagement projects including ALNAP’s work on urban humanitarian response, leadership and decision-making. She is the content lead for ALNAP’s annual meeting and contributes to various other initiatives. She has previously worked on the State of the Humanitarian System report, ALNAP lessons papers and research on humanitarian coordination. Leah holds an M.A. Development and Emergency Practice from Oxford Brookes University.
