Kate is the Senior Communications and Policy Manager for the Humanitarian Policy Group, leading their work on strategic engagement and supporting our research projects to have the highest impact possible.

Before joining the Humanitarian Policy Group, Kate worked in policy and advocacy, specialising in education and development financing with organisation such as Save the Children and Bond. Kate also has experience of working in public affairs and wider influencing, spending her early career with an agency in London.

Outside of her work with the Humanitarian Policy Group, Kate also co-leads the Future Leaders Network, a group set up to explore leadership models within the (I)NGO sector and support mid-career professionals to identify leadership opportunities.
