<p>Graham is the Programme Manager for the climate finance team within the Climate and Environment Programme. He is an experienced professional having worked with a variety of development organisations.</p><p> </p>
Prior to joing ODI, Graham was the Executive Director of Facing the World, a small charity that provided life changing surgery for children suffering from severe facial deformities.
He also spent six years working for the Commonwealth Secretariat in the Small States and Environment section, specifically on climate change issues.
Graham has an MA Development Studies from the University of Leeds and an MA History from the University of Edinburgh.
