Duncan is a Project Manager for the DPF programme, specifically working on the Budget Strengthening Initiative in Mali and Liberia. He has a background in managing technical assistance projects across francophone Africa financed by a range of international donors such as the EU and GIZ. Prior to joining ODI, Duncan lived and worked in Brussels, Belgium, on behalf of IBF International Consulting, and he secured a Masters in Global Security and Strategy from SOAS – University of London.
