Clement Bruce is a Project Manager for the Humanitarian Policy Group at ODI. Clement has extensive project management experience in the international development and the private sector; and prior to joining ODI, Clement worked as Senior Programme Manager at DAI, most recently managing the FCDO funded ‘Tackling Deadly Diseases in Africa’ health security programme. Clem holds a Master’s degree in Hazards and Disaster Management from Kingston University and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and Development Studies at the University of Sussex.
