Amy is ODI's Chief Finance and Operations Officer. She leads on the development, implementation and performance of financial and operational strategies that enable long-term financial sustainability and efficient operations of ODI, providing support and advice to the Chief Executive and Board on these strategies. Her role ensures that ODI maintains a strong internal control environment, ensuring compliance with international statutory and donor requirements.

Amy has significant finance leadership experience within the non-profit sector, as well as extensive commercial experience across the international donor landscape. She has experience of working across multiple jurisdictions, including the UK and the US, and extensive experience of working with a variety of donors, including bilateral agencies and multilateral institutions.

Amy is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BA in Economics and Geography from Sheffield University, and an MSc in Finance (Economic Policy) from the University of London.
