This conference was aimed at boosting understanding of the development of civil society in Jordan, to chart out future direction of both policy and research, to disseminate knowledge off, and about civil society to all concerned and to increase interaction between civil society organisations and research institutes. Ajoy Datta delivered a presentation on the linkages between knowledge, politics and power.
