ODI has been contracted by SOAS as part of a larger contract with DfID titled: Monitoring and Evaluation of Support for Government of Malawi Input Subsidy programme. The objective of the project is to a) evaluate the payoffs of national investments in the input subsidy programme, and b) identify opportunities for improving these investment returns. These objectives are to are to pursued with respect to five main aspects of implementation, performance and impacts.
