This project, commissioned by DFID, is an evaluation of their Latin America Markets and International Trade (LAMIT) programme, Political Systems and Public Sector (PSPS) programme and ENLACE Social Inclusion Programme. The evaluation is to assess the success of these programmes both individually and collectively and to point to lessons that emerge from DFID’s experience in Latin America that may be of relevance to other regions and programmes. The outputs are a study report and two seminars on the findings to be held in Washington and London.
