Review of a sector-wide approach (SWAp) for the environment, including water resources management, in Colombia, supported by Dutch cooperation. The research team had previously successfully conducted the assessment of the Colombian environmental SWAp in 2009, presenting to the Ambassador and officials of the Royal Netherlands Embassy the report of the findings, conclusions and recommendations of the mission.
