Fiona Davies is an economic advisor with 19 years experience of working in Sub-Saharan Africa, particularly in post-conflict environments. Her areas of specialism include macroeconomic & fiscal management, aid and debt management, government budget preparation and public financial management, and post-conflict recovery.

Fiona has significant experience of institutional capacity building and donor engagement in fragile environments, including the development of pooled funding instruments. She has worked in in Uganda, South Sudan, Burundi, Somalia and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
