David is an independent consultant who works with UNESCO on the ethics of artificial Intelligence (AI). He is also an adjunct lecturer at the American University of Armenia. He was previously a data science manager in the UK’s Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) and worked for its Advanced Analytics team during the COVID-19 crisis. David holds master’s degrees in both economics and data science.
