Chris Humphrey is a specialist in development finance, with a focus on analysing how multilateral development banks are adapting to an evolving world economy.
Chris has worked in lending operations and research at the World Bank and African Development Bank in numerous countries in Latin America, Africa and central Europe. He has engaged in strategy consulting for the African Development Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, New Development Bank, World Bank and Inter-Governmental Group of 24, among other institutions.
Chris has a PhD from the London School of Economics and is a senior scientist at the ETH Center for Development and Cooperation (NADEL) in Zurich, Switzerland.
