Data was collected from 797 households in two states - Jonglei and Upper Nile - between March and April 2012 to find out about people's attitudes and perceptions of livelihoods support, access to basic services and economic opportunities, and governance.

A second round of the survey, where we will return to the same households, will be conducted in 2015/16, if possible.
