SLRC interviewed 3,176 households in three districts in Nepal - Bardiya, Ilam and Rolpa - between September and November 2012 and attempts to catalogue peoples attitudes and perceptions of livelihoods support, access to basic services and economic opportunities, and governance.
The team will be returning to the same households in 2015/16 to conduct the second round of the survey to find out whether anything has changed.
