Initial scoping reports prepared as part of the Pro-Poor Tourism Pilots in Southern Africa for each partner site in order to provide background information for prioritisation and implementation of PPT actions. These cover:

   1. stakeholder analysis (identification of needs and assets of company and community);

   2. assessment of existing linkages between stakeholders;

   3. discussion of potential linkages.

This report focuses on Pro-poor Tourism facilitation at Southern Sun.
