ALNAP's Annual Review series forms part of its broader efforts to support and improve learning and accountability within the international humanitarian system. The series aims to provide a means to reflect on performance across the sector by raising awareness of evaluation findings, and assessing the quality of recent evaluations, while also seeking to analyse and report on performance-related issues. This is the second in the 'Annual Review' series, and focuses on issues of Learning and Knowledge Management in the Humanitarian Sector.
