PEMANDU is the Government of Malaysia's performance management and delivery unit. It was set up in 2009 to oversee the National Transformation Programme – a set of socio-economic priorities to help transform Malaysia into a high-income nation by 2020. PEMANDU – which also means ‘driver’ in Malay – is the largest delivery unit in the world, with over 100 staff.
