Tobechukwu is a researcher with 7+ years of experience in research and governance advisory which cuts across different government and international organisations including the United Nations Children’s Fund. He served as LEAP’s Research and Evidence Manager and has an academic background in Political Science and Public Administration. He also earned a master’s degree in Public Policy from University of Oxford, as an Africa Initiative for Governance Scholar. Tobe has worked with two Nigeria-based think-tanks and has expertise in Political Economy Analysis, Project Management and Policy Communication.
