Susan is a Senior Research Officer in the Digital Societies programme at ODI. Her research has focused on youth employment and empowerment in Ghana, Uganda and Kenya. Much of her research is part of two ongoing projects: Strengthening the use of Evidence for Development Impact (SEDI) and Mastercard Foundation's Youth Forward initiative, where ODI works in a Learning Partnership with partners in Ghana and Uganda. Her recent work has focused on digital technologies and youth employment, including, for instance, the use of digital spaces for increasing job opportunities for youth.
