Stefania Perna is Senior Programme Manager at ESP. Stefania has more than 10-year experience in project and programme management, events convening and policy engagement. At ESP she oversees the programme’s project portfolio, coordinates the team and contributes to business development.

Previously to ODI, Stefania has worked for renowned international organisations in the field of electoral assistance, policy engagement, governance and on specific projects focused on capacity building for governments and civil society organisations in Sub-Saharan Africa and South/South East Asia. Stefania holds an MA and MPhil in Politics and International Relations with a specific focus on conflict prevention and social innovation.
