Sarah Parker is Senior Programme Manager for ODI’s Politics and Governance programme. She has more than 6 years programme management and research experience in the international development sector.

Prior to joining ODI, Sarah worked for the University of Southampton, The International Labour Organisation (ILO) and The United Nations Research Institute for Social Development (UNRISD). She studied Geography at the University of Southampton and has a Master's Degree in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
