Ruby is Senior Project Manager for the Development and Public Finance programme, specifically working on the Budget Strengthening Initiative. She has a background in programme management and monitoring and evaluation in international development organisations, having previously worked for Raleigh International and Leonard Cheshire.

Prior to working in the development sector, Ruby lived and worked in Vietnam where she taught English for three years. Ruby has a Masters in Educational Planning, Economics and International Development from University College London’s Institute of Education.
