Rebecca is Head of Strategic Operations at ODI. She has 8 years of sectoral experience in project management and donor engagement, with a thematic focus on gender mainstreaming and a specialism in complex programming.

She has previously held roles as Africa Department Manager in a Conflict Resolution NGO and as Senior Project Manager in an education and development charity. Rebecca has a formal qualification in development-specific project management and holds a Bachelors Degree in Archaeology and Anthropology and a Masters Degree in Applied Biological Anthropology, both from the University of Cambridge. She is conversant in French, Spanish and Korean.
