Pia leads ODI’s strategic digital development, managing the content and creative team to deliver accessible, impactful communications products.

She oversees all website development and digital content – from long-form multimedia stories and data visualisations to expert blogs – ensuring outputs are user-friendly, high quality and on brand.

Before joining ODI in September 2014, Pia has previously worked for several human rights organisations including The Elders, Crisis Action and Forum-Asia and has extensive experience translating complex research findings, policy jargon and diplo-speak into compelling prose.
