Patrick Goh

As Head of HR, Patrick is responsible for developing and implementing a people strategy and function that aligns with ODI’s purpose and objectives; and, for co-creating an organisational culture that reflect and celebrate ODI's values.

Patrick has HR experience in three different sectors. Before joining ODI, Patrick worked for the Foreign Office of Singapore, British Airways, the Church Mission Society and Tearfund.

Patrick's practice flows from a belief that people are creative and purposeful, and that organisational systems should unleash, rather than get in the way of this. He is always open to learning how to re-design legacy systems that do not work in current context; and alternatively to design life-giving work systems that engenders collaboration, innovation and creativity.
