Nicolas Botton is a Senior Research Associate in the Development and Public Finance programme. Nicolas has 20 years of experience in both the private and public sectors including Deloitte, the French Ministry of Finance and the International Monetary Fund. His work focuses on Financial Management Information Systems (FMIS) for governments and Budget Performance as well as treasury cash management and public investment management. He has worked across Europe, South America, Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa, including long-term assignments in Mali, DR Congo, Senegal and Cameroon.
