Laura works as a Programme Management Officer for the Development and Public Finance (DPF) team, where she manages her own portfolio of projects working in collaboration with researchers, collaborators, subcontractors, donors and ODI Legal and Finance departments. In September 2023, she supported the coordination and implementation of the 2023 ODI Public Finance Conference. Laura joined ODI in 2019 as part of the EdTech Hub Consortia.

Laura possesses seven years of practical and academic experience dedicated to working on various human rights initiatives. She holds an MA in Human Rights and International Conflict from London Metropolitan University, and her MA dissertation focused on corporations’ responsibility to respect human rights. Prior to joining ODI, she worked for the Business and Human Rights Resource Centre as a Research Intern and for Peace Brigades International (PBI) as the International Secretariat Administrator and Events Coordinator in Brussels, Belgium.
