Laura works as Programme Administrator for the EdTech Hub Programme. The EdTech Hub is dedicated to scaling and accelerating learning outcomes for the most marginalised learners across low-income countries. Laura supports the daily management activities of the programme including contracts, invoice processing, finance reports, logistics and budget monitoring.

She holds an MA in Human Rights and International Conflict from London Metropolitan University, and her MA dissertation focused on corporations’ responsibility to respect human rights. Prior to joining ODI, she worked for Peace Brigades International (PBI) as the International Secretariat Administrator and Events Coordinator. She continues to be involved with PBI as part of the Strategic Committee on PBI’s Mexico Project.
