Kathy is currently leading on the flagship report for the DFID-funded innovative technical assistance programme, LEAP (Learning, Evidence and Advocacy Partnership). The LEAP programme aims to create an evidence base for DFID's 20-year investment in governance programmes in Nigeria and use learning and adaptation to support the delivery of a politically savvy and locally led programme in the latest series of investment, PERL (Partnership to Engage, Reform and Learn).

Kathy has an unusual range of hands-on development experience from the grassroots level through to high-level multilateral negotiations and management positions within the World Bank. She has worked with a number of civil society organisations, networks and governments and more recently, large scale development agencies on Thinking and Working Politically and PDIA (Problem Driven Iterative Adaptation) approaches to improving results at scale.
