Kate is the Acting Project Manager for ODI’s Human Mobility Initiative, working on business development and strategic communications and assisting with the institute's engagement on migration at all levels.

Kate joined ODI in July 2019 as Programme Officer for the Human Mobility Initiative. Prior to this, Kate worked at the British Red Cross in the International Directorate’s Technical Team. She holds a first class postgraduate degree in International Relations from the University of London Institute in Paris, specialising in European migration policy, and an undergraduate degree in English and Classical Studies from Royal Holloway, University of London.
