Kalim Shah is an expert on environmental governance, policy, regulation and the institutional frameworks through which they work in the contexts of sustainable development, ESG and public-private partnerships. He has experience working with the energy, tourism and service sectors. He is currently faculty at the Biden School of Public Policy, University of Delaware where he leads the Island Policy Lab. He is Coordinator of the UN Universities Consortium of Small Island States and a former Fulbright Scholar from Trinidad and Tobago.
