As Digital Societies Programme Manager, Harriet oversees the management and finances of the programme's project portfolio and supports the team’s business development to realise Digital Societies’ long-term objectives.

Prior to working at ODI, Harriet ran a range of EU-based cleantech business acceleration programmes in collaboration with Climate-KIC, the Greater London Authority and Imperial College London; she was the founding programme manager of Imperial College London’s Enterprise Lab; and she managed the delivery of a collection of NGO projects in rural south-western Uganda, supporting the development of small business growth. She holds a BA/MA (Cantab) from the University of Cambridge in Biological Anthropology.
