Harbinder Kaur is the Interim Chief People Officer at ODI. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. Harbinder has managed people & culture functions in a wide range of organisations including Christian Aid and CARE International UK. She has also worked with CAFOD, CHSA Alliance and CARE US on a variety of HR related projects.
