Guy has over 15 years’ experience on natural resources management, climate adaptation, and resilient livelihoods in the Middle East and North Africa, sub-Saharan Africa, and Asia.
Guy is a Research Associate in the Water Policy Programme. He has over 15 years’ experience working with governments, NGOs, donors, and researchers in the Middle East and North Africa, sub-Saharan Africa and Asia on natural resources management, climate adaptation, and resilient livelihoods. Guy’s principal areas of expertise are natural resources governance and poverty, policy and institutional analysis, and program management and evaluation. He is Co-Principal Investigator of Pathways to Resilience in Semiarid Economies Consortium.
