Freddie Carver is an analyst and researcher currently based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. His areas of expertise include conflict, peace building, humanitarian, governance and security dynamics, systems and structures.
Freddie has over a decade's experience as a Governance and Conflict Adviser for the British Government's Department for International Development, and has worked on the Horn of Africa since 2003. He has worked particularly on issues relating to South Sudan, and is currently involved in a range of projects in the region.
