Francesca leads the Project Management function across ODI, contributing to the strategic direction of the following ODI programmes: Equity and Social Policy, Gender Equality and Social Inclusion, Global Risks and Resilience, and the International Economic Development Group.

Previously, Francesca was Head of Strategic Operations within ODI's Humanitarian Policy Group (HPG). Her remit was to contribute to managing the group’s workflow and finances, with special responsibility for coordinating HPG’s Integrated Programme.

Francesca has a background in development and considerable project management experience within the sector. She specialises in managing large multi-year, multi-partner projects and programmes.
