Elvira Mami is an economist with interests in industrial development, innovation, sustainability, trade and investments. She has extensive experience in economic advisory, having previously worked in senior positions in a sovereign wealth fund for seven years. She also has experience of working in the World Bank, Kazakhstan’s World Trade Organisation accession team, academia and private sector.
Elvira holds a BSc in Economics (LSE) and MSc in Development Management (LSE), and she is currently studying part-time for PhD in Management. Elvira is fluent in Kazakh, Russian and English, and she has conversational Spanish.
